Very good kitchen, and very good butcher.

Unfortunately there is cheating here! Sausage is generally weighed with the paper, which results in a plus of 6 grams for each position and an average minus 6 cents for the customer, depending on the kg price. For 10 different sausage types, this adds up to a profit of 60 cents PER CUSTOMER for Mr. Perl. Nobody in this butcher shop seems to be interested in the fact that this is even prohibited by law. I asked to press the tare button each time I put the paper on top of it. At the same time, other vendors continued to rip off the customers next to me!
